What to expect from Business Performance Coaching?
Greenstone Group has developed a coaching and interactive consulting methodology targeted to entrepreneurs wanting to grow their companies.  We support entrepreneurs through our services so that they can more successfully manage and grow their companies. 


Our conservations and what we talk about during coaching will be confidential.

What you can expect from a Business Performance Coach:

  • We will be forthright, honest, and direct in the coaching sessions with each other.
  • Coaching sessions are a safe place to be yourself and share what is happening to you as entrepreneur. 
  • The coaching time is yours – We will come prepared and will work with you to set coaching session agendas, timelines and ways to best use me as a coach.
  • My role is to listen, provide feedback, review options, point out barriers and summarize what I hear from you.  It is not to solve your business issues or provide traditional business consulting to you.
  • I will maintain appointments, notifying you 24 hours in advance if I have to change an appointment.
  • I will provide tools, business growth and management strategies and information, and access to other resources when appropriate or needed to help you or your business.
