What We Do

The goal of business performance coaching in Greenstone Group is to guide, inspire, and develop entrepreneurs with a focus on business growth and personal transformation. Each participant receiving coaching will establish growth goals and will be expected to make steady progress toward those goals. Coaches strive to help entrepreneurs achieve their individual and business goals, while developing their confidence to grow and mature as an entrepreneur.

The purpose of interactive consulting is to work with entrepreneurs to understand their strategic plans and develop action plans to implement them. Consultants work with entrepreneurs to understand their strategies, including succession and exit strategies, and provide the type and level of consulting appropriate to their business.

Coaches and consultants provide objective assessment, emphasize astute and active listening, act as a sounding board, develop options for business strategy, foster shifts in thinking, and seek fresh perspectives on issues faced by entrepreneurs.

Coaching and consulting is free for the first 90 days and is subsidized by Greenstone Group from our funding sources. After 90 days of coaching, all entrepreneurs will be asked to negotiate a monthly fee based on their own individual resources. Coaching is intended to build long-term relationships and can last two years or more.
