To be eligible for participation in Greenstone Group, an entrepreneur must:

• Be located in the eight-county region of Northeast Minnesota or Douglas County, Wisconsin
• Own the business – not the hired CEO
• Have been in business for more than two years
• Be interested in significant growth for the business in the next three to five years
• Be willing to participate in individual and group coaching sessions that focus on personal skill development and business growth
• Be able to make the time commitment for coaching
• Have the entrepreneurial spirit, passion and energy to be a role model in your community

Interviews – Interviews are required and will be conducted by a three-person interview panel.

Participation – All applicants are contacted after the interview. Entrepreneurs accepted into Greenstone Group will be assigned a coach and a coaching group. Those who are not accepted will be referred to another more appropriate program.
