What to Expect

Greenstone Group has developed a coaching and interactive consulting methodology targeted to entrepreneurs wanting to grow their companies. We support entrepreneurs through our services so that they can more successfully manage and grow their companies.

Conversations and what is discussed during coaching will be CONFIDENTIAL.

What you can expect from a Business Performance Coach:

  • Coaches will be forthright, honest and direct during coaching sessions.
  • Coaching sessions are a safe place to be yourself and share what is happening to you as entrepreneur.
  • Coaches will respect your time. They will come prepared and will work with you to set coaching session agendas, time lines and ways you can best use them as your coach.
  • The coaches’ role is to listen, provide feedback, review options, point out barriers and summarize what they hear from you. Their role is not to solve your business problems or provide traditional business consulting to you.
  • Coaches will do their best to move you forward in your goals and help define ways for you to be more sucessful as an entrepreneur.
  • Coaches will maintain appointments, notifying you 24 hours in advance if it is necessary to reschedule the appointment.
  • Coaches will provide tools, business growth strategies, management strategies and other information to assist you in the coaching process. Coaches have access to many resources outside of Greenstone Group to help you or your business when appropiate.

  • Be open to new possiblitities, ideas, options and strategies.
  • Be forthright, honest and timely with your coach.
  • Come prepared to your coaching sessions, ready to discuss your progress, willing to share challenges and personal insights.
  • Discuss with your coach any concerns you have about the coaching relationship.
  • Be ready to take action when appropriate.
  • Complete and follow up on any assigned homework.
  • Be willing to share with your coach the best ways to acknowledge, encourage, support and challenge you in a manner that inspires, empowers and encourages you.
  • Communicate with your coach if he/sdhe is not addressing what is important to to you.
  • Be on time for scheduled sessions or call in advance if yo cannot make it.
