Entrepreneurial Development focuses on increasing the number and skill level of entrepreneurs in our region. Our e-Development strategy builds business wealth and employment through the real growth of successful locally owned businesses.

Greenstone Group uses four different approaches to develop the talent and skills of entrepreneurs seeking to grow their businesses:

• Business Performance Coaching and/or Interactive Consulting
• Peer-to-Peer Networking Groups
• Business Briefings
• Targeted Training

Over the next 10 years, we anticipate that 500 entrepreneurs from the region will actively participate in this entrepreneurial development system. Results will be measured in increased business revenue, new markets, and job creation.
